How many students in a class?

Our classes are small to ensure high-quality training.

1-3 students per class.

How many models are required?

2 Day option – you require 3 models

4 Day option – you require 6 models

We can source models for you at $40 per model.

Do I get a lash kit?

Yes you absolutely do. Filled with high quality lash goodies.

Beginners Traditional Classic – kit included valued at over $600

Advanced Handmade/Premade Volume – kit included valued at over $300

Masterclass Classic, Hybrid, Volume- kit included valued at over $800

 

You will also receive a lash manual to keep. Valued at over $300.

When do I get my certificate?

ALL students receive a Certificate of Attendance.

You will be required to submit case studies from home and complete a multiple-choice theory exam. Once you have successfully completed both you will be issued your completion certificate.

* if you have selected a payment plan, this will need to be paid in full before you can receive your certificate.

Do I receive extra support after the course?

Our Beginners and Masterclass students receive a 2 hour one on one session with one of our trainers. We can come to your salon/studio (pending location) or you can come back to our training facility.

All of our students will receive ongoing care and support.

Are there any prerequisites?

Beginners Traditional Classic Course – no experience required

Advanced Handmade/Premade Volume – must have attended a Beginners Course

Masterclass Classic, Hybrid, Volume – no experience required

Lunch?

Lunch is provided each day.

Please advise us of any dietary requirements.

What happens if I need to cancel my training date?

When you enrol you are required to pay a $100 Non Refundable booking fee, this is to secure your spot in our course and cover admin costs.

Please note: 

In the event that you/we have to reschedule due to isolating/quarantine,

all non-refundable booking fees are transferable to a new date. (once).

Proof of isolating/quarantine may be requested.

What if I don’t feel satisfied with the training?

We don’t refund after the training has been completed, however if you feel that you aren’t satisfied please email us within 72 hours of your course. Our team is supportive, caring and we are on this lash journey with you, to help assist, support and guide you.

Do you offer payment plans?

We accept AfterPay and ZipPay available to select upon checkout.
