A non refundable booking fee will be required upon booking. Amount will vary depending on the service.

We require a minimum 48hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If less than 48hrs notice is given the non refundable booking fee will be forfeited or 50% of the service booked will be charged.

A minimum of 40% of the extensions must be remaining to qualify for a refill. Refills are required between 2-3 weeks.

As the natural lashes grow out so do the extensions which causes regrowth. If you go over the recommended 2-3 weeks we may need to remove the remaining extensions and apply new ones which may result in a full set.

Lash extensions performed outside the salon are not eligible for Lash refills as per our policy. We can offer a lash removal and new full lash set.

As we are heavily booked it is essential you are booked in for the correct treatment to ensure the right amount of time has been allocated to achieve the best results.

Evening appointments are highly sort after so please book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.
